Rental Agreement and Rules of Use

For Clubhouse and Pavilion

                                                                                                                                               

1. Renter MUST be a member of the Berlin Sportsmen’s Association.
2. Building usage limited to date specified below.
3. Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages allowed.
4. Building must be cleaned when leaving or renter will be billed.
5. I that I must remove all garbage when leaving.
6. I understand that NO fire may be built in the fireplace.
7. I will be responsible or any damage.
8. If any rules are not obeyed, I cannot rent again.
9. Berlin Sportsmen’s Association is NOT responsible for any accidents.
10. Under NO circumstances is the shooting range to be used.
11. Fishing will be allowed ONLY by Berlin Sportsmen's members with a valid Pennsylvania Fishing License and children under 18 with parental supervision.
12. A non-refundable deposit of $15.00 is required.  (Applied to the rental.)
13. Rental for one (1) day is $50.00.
