The February meeting was held w/ 9 members in attendance.

Besides the regular monthly business, the Committees reported to the membership.  Here are the highlights;

February Meeting

It is that time again.  The February Meeting is this Thursday (7:30 pm).  The meeting will be held at the Berlin Brothersvalley Middle School in Room 27.  Enter at the Vo-Ag Entrance.

Regular business will be conducted to start.  After that, Committees will be asked to give their reports on activities and projects being developed.  Committee Chairs should let the President know of topics to be covered so they can be placed on the Agenda.

Special attention will be given to detailing the duties of the "Communications Committee" and making it a Standing Committee.

All members are encouraged to attend and take part.
